What This Course Covers

Rope descent systems are the correct tool for sustained vertical access on commercial and multi-story structures — but only when the operator knows how to rig, descend, position, and self-rescue correctly. This 2-day course builds competency from the ground up: equipment selection and inspection on Day 1, advanced descent and emergency response on Day 2. Graduates leave with documented hands-on competencies and the skills to work safely on any structure that requires rope access.

Course Topics

  • Day 1: Choosing the correct harness, equipment, knots, and anchor system devices; leading edge support and controlled descent fundamentals
  • Day 2: Advanced descent and positioning systems; rescue techniques and response
